    Terms of Service

    📥 REVISIONS

    • Illustration Workflow: Sketch → Line Art/Color Block → Background(if any) → Fully rendered.

    • Animation Workflow: Simplified base → Movement draft → Detailed base + Refine animation → Delivery

    • Major changes only at sketch/draft phase. Extra fee applied otherwise.

    ⏳ DEADLINES & DELIVERY

    • If not discussed I'll assume no deadline needed, although I'll finish the work as soon as I can.

    • Average delivering time between 2~4 weeks for base illustration.

    • Animation varies.

    🗣️ COMMUNICATION

    • I'll reply during workday and typically within 48 hours. I'll wait for your approval at each major step (max 48 hours unless discussed otherwise beforehand).

    • Skeb/Surprise me commissions will have no communication.

    💵 PAYMENTS

    • Full payment before I work on the piece. For larger item (>$200), I can discuss 50% upfront and 50% after sketch

    • No refund after payment is processed.

    • I'll refund if I can't deliver the work for any reasons.

    🖼️ USAGE

    • You have personal use only unless you pay for specific commercial right.

    • 1./ You can use commissioned works as profile pic/banner, share on social media, make personal print for yourself, even tattooing, etc. Basically have fun with it, non-commercially.

    • 2./ You can use commissioned works for Youtube video, as your own stream assets, etc... Inform me first and share the results with me!

    • 3./ Commercial right grant you ability to generate money aka make T-shirts, pins, mugs, etc... of the artworks, use them as game asset, advertisements,... This does NOT grant you the ability to resell the works in any way, and I still retain all rights of the work.

    ⚖️ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    • I maintain all rights of the artwork(s), include sketches, drafts, etc.

    • Unauthorized edits is prohibited.

    • Commissioned arts can also be posted by me on social media (lower quality and bigger watermark).
